Shipping
Allocation & Mailing List orders placed March 22nd or later will ship the week of April 17th, weather permitting. If you are shipping to a state where temperatures are quickly warming such as AZ, CA, FL, NV, TX, we will be shipping your wine right away as weather permits.
Please Note: Many states are impacted by very hot or very cold temperatures along the UPS transit route and shipping may be delayed. Please leave us an order comment if there is a particular week you are unable to sign for your wine delivery.
Shipping States
We ship to the following states:
AL (with form), AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NH, NV, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI and WY
If you would like your wine sent to a state we do not currently ship to, please contact us at 509-526-8040 or toil@toiloregon.com.
Shipping Requirements
We recommend you ship to a business address if possible. Wine must be shipped to an address where an adult at least 21 years of age is available to sign for and receive the shipment.
Shipping Charges
Shipping & Handling charges will be calculated during the ordering process and are determined based on your shipping state. Your credit card will be charged once your order is placed.
Walla Walla Resident Delivery
If you are a Walla Walla resident and have selected local delivery, we will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time.
Winery Pickup
If you would like to order wine to pickup at our winery in Walla Walla, please call to place your order. We can be reached at 509-526-8040 from 8am - 4pm, Monday through Friday.
Returns & Exchanges
